Your Natural Spiritual Senses, Clairaudience, Clairvoyance, Clairsentience and Clair cognizance, are Worth Validating

Perhaps you’ve wondered at various times, if human beings have natural “extra-ordinary” spiritual or energetic senses. The answer is, yes. These really are natural senses, often referred to as “Claires’, and they include clairaudience (clear hearing), clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear feeling), and claircognizance (clear knowing). And, how you choose to pay attention and validate your ultra-sensory energy gifts is not only worthwhile, it’s compelling, intriguing and empowering information. Paying attention to these, “weird experiences” can actually expand your awareness as to your other abilities, as well as to your connection to the multi-dimensional energies that surround you.

This awareness, this knowledge of oneself, assists any of us in enriching our own self-care practices, because more self-awareness is personally strengthening in terms of truly knowing who we are and what we uniquely need to protect and take care of ourselves.

Not too long in our human history, our natural spiritual gifts, were not respected, in fact, they were discouraged, suppressed, and we were taught to fear them. For centuries, expressing your unique connection to the spiritual realm often resulted in being accused of heresy, or treachery, and then being punished or put to death for it. Many of these sensitive and sensory-advanced people were wonderful healers and wise leaders in their communities.

Fortunately now, people are more open to acknowledging and further exploring the beauty and expansiveness of our natural human energy gifts, or our natural spirituality, and in so doing, are able to offer even more assistance to people in a multitude of ways, such as, providing deeper insights into solving others’ personal issues, doing specific kinds of healing work, locating missing persons, pets and objects, being involved in other investigative work on behalf of police organizations around the world, and being able to bring through messages (mediumship) from loved ones who have passed on and want to connect with us.

Here are a few ways you can tune into your intuition more often:

Every human being is born with a certain measure of these spiritual gifts. This is an enormously rich area of discussion, and one that we can only touch on briefly in this blog, but, specifically:

Clairaudience is the ability to hear Spirit. This can manifest as an inner voice giving you guidance, or it may be a message from a loved one who has passed on. This spiritual sense is actually part of humanity’s natural mediumship. I write this without judgment, but, If you do not believe in your loved one’s transitioning post-death, to another dimension and having the ability to connect with you in love, you will of course doubt this part of yourself. Stay open as you can, and trust your experience with this—as it is far more common than you might guess.

Clairvoyance is the ability to “see” energy. This may manifest as visions, symbols, or colors. Sometimes, these colors may be connected to a person’s energy field (“their aura”). You may also see faint images of loved ones who have passed on, or you may see something that represents a situation you're currently going through – a possible outcome; and there is a message, sometimes a warning for you to heed, either for yourself, or regarding someone else’s safety. It can also be a very positive vision of something joyful or happy, such as a birth or a successful outcome of an event. Paying attention to what you see, is important, as it can be a sign from the Universe, and you are the one able to receive the message and convey it sensitively and respectfully. Clairvoyant messages can also come to us in our dream state.

Clairsentience is the ability to feel things more deeply in connection with others that can often defy explanation. Clairsentience may manifest as an emotion or physical sensation in your body. For example, you may suddenly feel sadness or increased fear or anxiety, for no reason—it might even feel overwhelming. This could be a sign that someone close to you is going through a tough time. Or, you may get a gnawing or even tingling sensation in your gut—this could be a sign that something isn't right. This sensation is often experienced more frequently by highly empathic people.

Claircognizance is the ability to know things without knowing how you know them. It is the least experienced of the 4 claires. Claircognizance is often described as a "knowing" or "download" from Spirit. It can be experienced as a full body knowingness without you being able to describe how it is that you just decisively “know”. But, If you have ever had a strong, decisive sense of knowing about something, that later turned out to be true, that experience was likely your claircognizance at work.

Conclusion:

We all have natural spiritual senses, or "Claires." By understanding, validating and honing these abilities, we can better connect with the higher level of our own human beingness. If we disregard these natural spiritual senses, then we can actually disempower ourselves, by shutting down a part of our own senses that can be instrumental in guiding us, protecting us, or in receiving messages from loved ones. If we open up to all our experiences, and understand that we are more than our physicality, we will grow in knowledge that the earth plane is only one aspect of our existence.

My life has been enriched beyond measure by my own studying, attending to and validating all my feelings and experiences that have been connected to my natural spiritual senses. I found that it was important to know that we never need to try and use our natural spirituality under pressure. For when it is love and compassion that guides us as a part of our daily living, then any of the natural gifts we possess will come forward more easily, when we are relaxed and feeling open and peaceful.

So, do try to accept all your experiences even if they make no sense to you in the moment. Journal about them, discuss them with others whom you trust, open yourself to learn, and you will see your natural spiritual senses will grow, and they will come forward to serve you, to protect you, to guide you, to enrich your life. And, in time, you will actually feel, and know even more fully than you do now, how lovingly guided you really are.
