Based in part, on the author’s recent publication, “Ultimate Self-Care, A Holistic Guide for Strength and Balance In Changing Times”, the on-line courses, “Essential Self-Care, Part One and Part Two” are both meant for anyone, in any walk of life, who is interested in strengthening their self-care practices and quality of life – especially those who work in direct service industries, or who provide direct care to others at home and/or who are in the people-helping areas.
Essential Self-Care Part One contains initial, vital key concepts that lay a strong foundation for your self-care. Essential Self-Care Part Two will enrich your self-care practices with more in-depth concepts. Both of these courses will encourage your awareness of why mindful self-care is absolutely essential for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health – especially now, while we manage increased stresses, that we are experiencing in this unprecedented transformative time of societal socio-political changes, as well as Earth’s dramatic shifts, that are now even more devastating to human and animal life.
In addition to an array of easy-to-use tools, exercises, articles, tip sheets and reference links, the author offers a compassionate, in-depth approach throughout, in addressing many of our work and homelife challenges.
